Processing Time

All custom and made-to-order items are produced specifically for each order. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before shipment.

Curated or drop-shipped items may have different processing times, which will be clearly stated on the individual product page.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

After shipment, Designs by Toné is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Designs by Toné is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
