Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
After shipment, Designs by Toné is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered. Any shipping issues must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier using the provided tracking number.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Designs by Toné is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:
• All sales are final
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed
• Refunds or replacements are only issued if an item arrives damaged or defective
Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos of the issue and original packaging.
Curated / Dropshipped Items
Curated or dropshipped items are fulfilled by third-party partners.
• Shipping times may vary and may be longer than custom items
• Designs by Toné does not control fulfillment timelines or carrier delays
• Refunds or replacements are subject to the fulfillment partner’s policies
